The role requires prior construction experience and leadership, with duties including equipment operation (scissor lifts, boom lifts, sweepers), time-card management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Experience leading crews or as an assistant superintendent preferred.
• Experience operating scissor lifts, boom lifts, and sweepers required.
• Basic computer skills, including printing and managing time cards.
• Ability to speak and understand English to follow job-site instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise laborers to ensure work meets safety, quality, and project standards.
• Assign daily tasks, train crew members, and support crew productivity.
• Follow direction from superintendents while managing a self-sufficient crew.
• Communicate staffing needs when additional laborers are required.
• Print, maintain, and manage employee time cards.
• Operate equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and sweepers.
