Job summary

Force Personnel in Oklahoma City is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a labor crew on a long-term project in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise workers, and ensure safety and quality while following superintendent directions.

The role requires prior construction experience and leadership, with duties including equipment operation (scissor lifts, boom lifts, sweepers), time-card management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.

• Basic computer skills, including printing and managing time cards.
