Force Personnel Services is hiring experienced Construction Laborers for a large-scale, long-term project in Oklahoma City. The role requires hands-on construction experience on an active site and the ability to work overnight, up to 70 hours per week.

Overtime is paid at 1.5x the regular rate. This is a full-time, long-term assignment in a physically demanding environment that demands safety awareness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on an active construction site.
• Hands-on commercial, industrial, or general construction experience REQUIRED.
• Familiarity with construction-site operations, equipment, tools, and materials.
• Working knowledge of basic construction safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions from foremen and site supervisors.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Force Personnel Services is hiring experienced Construction Laborers for a large-scale, long-term construction project in Oklahoma City. Previous experience working on an active construction site is REQUIRED. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who understand construction-site operations, safety requirements, and the importance of working efficiently as part of a crew. The ideal candidate has hands‑on construction experience, takes initiative, follows directions, and understands how to work safely around heavy equipment, skilled trades, and ongoing construction activities. Applicants must be familiar with the expectations and physical demands of working on an active construction site.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor on an active commercial construction site.
• Assist skilled trades, foremen, and other construction personnel with daily operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Remove construction debris, trash, and excess materials.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and general construction activities.
• Work safely around heavy equipment, aerial lifts, machinery, and other active construction operations.
• Identify potential hazards and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Follow all site‑specific safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Take initiative to identify tasks that need attention while following supervisor direction.
• Maintain productivity throughout extended shifts.
• Communicate professionally and work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, Monday through Saturday, approximately 50–70 hours per week.
• OSHA 10 training and previous commercial construction experience are strongly preferred.

Schedule & Work Expectations

Overnight shift, Monday through Saturday. Shifts may be up to 12 hours depending on project needs. Approximately 50–70 hours per week. Overtime available based on project requirements. Project expected to last approximately 2–3 years.

Compensation & Opportunity

$17.00 per hour Overtime: $25.50 per hour Consistent work on a long-term Oklahoma City construction project. Opportunity to work on a large-scale commercial construction site. Applicants with felony convictions will be considered.
