Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse residents.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and punctual with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with residents.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects at reception.
• Keep reception tidy with stationery and brochures readily available.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces, elevators, and docks.
• Conduct daily building walks, address maintenance items, and tidy décor.
• Perform other duties as needed.
