Job summary

Comstock is hiring a Full-Time Concierge at JW Residences in Reston, VA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents, greeting visitors, answering questions, and coordinating daily building operations in a busy residential setting.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask. The position requires weekend and holiday availability and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• 1 year of concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and stocked with materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and handle complaints promptly.
• Control access to the building by authorized individuals.
• Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenities and loading areas.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance items as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
