Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Waldorf, MD is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant/CNA for the 11am–7pm shift to provide quality personal care and support for residents. The role includes assisting with daily living, mobility, housekeeping, and meal service, while reporting concerns to nursing staff.

You will participate in activity programs and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or available within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must complete approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and alarms.
• Help plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Assist residents to dining rooms and activities; monitor meals.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
