Harmony Senior Services in Waldorf, MD, is hiring a Resident Assistant/Personal Care Aide to provide quality daily living support for residents. You’ll assist with ADLs, perform light housekeeping, respond to calls and emergencies, and help plan activities while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a state-approved PCA program, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift and move residents safely.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond promptly to all resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
