Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED/HSED.
• CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 45 days.
• No experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds; use of patient handling equipment for heavier lifts with a teammate.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient-focused care under daily supervision of an RN.
• Perform delegated tasks to support patient care and ensure holistic treatment with dignity.
• Operate equipment and assist with mobility as required.
