Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care to our residents. The role includes assisting with daily living activities in a supportive environment.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $19.50 - $20.75. The ideal candidate will have a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and a passion for engaging with residents, especially those with dementia.

Schedule: Full Time Overnights

Rate of Pay: $19.50 - $20.75

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
