Job summary

Ecumen in Minnesota is seeking a Full Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care and support per each client's care plan. Day, PMs or Overnight shifts with every other weekend rotation ensure consistent coverage and team collaboration.

The CNA will assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, document care, and report changes to the nursing staff. Join a long‑standing nonprofit focused on compassionate aging, health, and well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as delegated by the Director of Nursing.
• Provide personal care and support per individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents, report changes to nursing staff, and document care.
• Assist with safety, mobility, and daily routine tasks as needed.
• Participate in admissions, discharges, and team communication.
