American Senior Communities is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for evening and night shifts. Earn $20/hour with opportunities for on-call pay and advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Indiana CNA certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support creating a comforting atmosphere.
• Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams for coordinated care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to promote independence.
• Assist residents during meals, addressing dietary needs.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' well-being.
