Job summary

AA Healthcare Management is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine nursing care under supervision, following each resident's care plan. This role centers on compassionate, resident‑centered support.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, grooming, dining, hygiene, infection control, and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse. A strong team player mindset is essential for coordinating with all facility disciplines.

Qualifications

• Must have current and active Illinois CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Positioning, moving, and restorative care.
• Mobility, toileting, and bathing.
• Grooming: oral, shaving and nail care.
• Dining assistance.
• Dressing and undressing.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Nutrition and elimination.
• Comfort care and end of life care.
• Answer call lights timely and promptly.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse as soon as possible.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes and charts clearly.
• Be a team player coordinating with all facility disciplines.
