Job summary

Ortonville Area Health Services and Fairway View Communities are seeking CNAs to assist residents with daily cares and to support nurses in a long-term care setting. The role offers meaningful daily interaction and advocacy for residents.

Evening (2pm-10:30pm) and Night (10pm-6am) shifts are available with hourly pay of $22.50–$28.55 and shift differentials of $1.50 (evening) and $3.00 (night). Benefits include healthcare, paid time off, and retirement with employer match, with training and CNA

Qualifications

• Current registration on MN Nursing Assistant registry; licence to be obtained within 4 months of hire date per state law.

Responsibilities

• Promotes residents well-being through meaningful relationship building.
• Provides support, friendship, and kindness for each household member.
• Facilitates activities for residents to provide meaningful recreation, exercise, relationship building, and fun.
• Supports the Homemaker position by maintaining a clean, safe household environment and helping with residents' personal laundry.
• All caregiving tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations in a safe and efficient manner.
