Job summary

Symphony Care Network, LLC in an assisted living setting seeks a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and communicate with families while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a safe environment.

A strong team orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work evenings/weekends are essential. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living regulations.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
• Completion of all required facility and regulatory training, including resident rights, infection prevention, abuse/neglect reporting, emergency procedures, and person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care.
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, mental, or emotional condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hair care, mouth care, nail care and dressing.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility.
• Encourage residents to eat and stay hydrated.
• Maintain cleanliness and wash/dress duties as assigned.
• Communicate with families and participate in activities.
• Ensure a safe environment and adherence to policies.
• Demonstrate ethical standards and HIPAA compliance.
