Job summary

Orison-Solutions-LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide high-quality daily care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will assist with activities of daily living and follow established guidelines to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.

This PM shift (2pm–10pm), with every-other-weekend work, emphasizes accurate documentation, timely response to call lights, vitals collection, and reporting changes to the supervising nurse.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and maintained.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights.
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed.
• Meet resident needs in a timely manner.
• Report allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nurse.
• Perform other duties as requested.
