Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking an Overnight CNA 3 to assist individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities in Level 3 residential programs in Massachusetts. The role requires assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring overnight needs, and maintaining safety and dignity for residents.

Responsibilities include administering medications per MAP, documenting progress, and following DDS/DMH policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate with at least 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
• Successful completion of a Massachusetts-approved Nursing Assistant Certification course or other education meeting state requirements.
• Must hold current Massachusetts Nursing Assistant Certification and maintain active status; a bachelor’s degree may substitute for CNA based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for activities of daily living during morning routines.
• Provide overnight care and monitor vital signs and patient needs.
• Maintain dignity, privacy, and safety of individuals during care.
• Complete documentation and progress notes as required by DDS/DMH and regulations.
