Job summary
Bridgewell in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide quality support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and health monitoring to promote independence and safety.

Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting).
- Provide medical and clinical support including vitals and medications under MAP guidelines.
- Maintain privacy, dignity, and comfort in service delivery.
- Observe for changes in condition and report to supervisor promptly.
- Maintain progress notes and assist with ISP goals and meetings.
- Transport individuals to medical or recreational activities as needed.
