Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an overnight certified nursing assistant in East Bridgewater, MA, to provide direct care in a clinically intensive program for individuals with brain injuries. You will perform ADLs, monitor health status, and administer medications under MAP guidelines, while maintaining a respectful, safe environment.

The role requires MA CNA licensure, CPR/First Aid, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive Vinfen vehicles as needed. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per treatment plan/ISP.
• Monitor and report changes in physical/mental status.
• Administer medications under MAP guidelines and Vinfen policies.
• Provide nutrition support and assist with personal care tasks.
• Document nursing care and maintain client records.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of living spaces; assist with transportation to appointments.
