Qualifications

• One to two years of job-specific experience in the human services field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with brain injury preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living according to treatment plans.
• Responsible for rehabilitative interventions and monitoring.
• Implements and documents individual treatment support plans.
