Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living per treatment plan and ISP.
• Administers medications under MAP guidelines and Vinfen policies.
• Monitors and observes changes in physical, mental, or emotional status.
• Documents nursing care and services in medical records and shift notes.
• Transports and accompanies individuals to medical appointments as directed.
• Maintains safe, clean, welcoming environment in rooms and common areas.
