Job summary

Vinfen is seeking a CNA to provide direct nursing aide care in a brain injury program in East Bridgewater, MA. You will assist with daily living, monitor health status, administer medications under MAP, and accompany individuals to medical appointments.

The role requires MA CNA licensure, a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid within designated timelines, and driving clearance. A strong commitment to safety, documentation, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a CNA, preferably with brain injury
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Driving is required; valid MA driver’s license and safe driving record
• CPR and First Aid within specified timelines; MAP certification approaches may be needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per plan
• Monitor changes in physical/mental status
• Administer medications under MAP guidelines
• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and respectful environments
• Document nursing care and daily notes per policy
• Communicate changes to manager and families
• Operate medical equipment safely
