Eskridge Care Center in Eskridge, KS is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. This 12-hour shift position runs 6 pm to 6 am with 3-day weekends every other weekend and about 2 hours of overtime weekly.

You will provide ADL assistance, monitor residents, record vitals, and report changes. We offer competitive pay ($21.00–$24.78/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in a geriatric nursing facility is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide total care for residents, including ADLs (washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, catheter care).
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight; conduct ROM as needed.
• Observe and report any change in condition, attitude, or behavior while maintaining confidentiality.
• Uphold facility policies and provide friendly, customer-focused care.
