Eskridge Care Center in Eskridge, KS is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide total resident care, assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring comfort and dignity.

Shifts are 12 hours, 6 am to 6 pm, with a three-day weekend every other weekend and overtime as needed. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a $250 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, 401(k),

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents, assisting with ADLs (washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care).
• Record temperature, pulse, respiration and weight; conduct range of motion as needed.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite and behavior; maintain confidentiality and HIPPA compliance; build relationships with residents and families.
