Eskridge Care Center in Eskridge, KS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic clinical team. You will monitor residents, administer medications, and supervise nursing staff while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation; admit and discharge residents.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect resident confidentiality.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care and customer service.
