Job summary

Colby Health and Rehab in Colby, KS is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring clinical team. The role includes 12-hour shifts, 3-day weekends every other weekend, and overtime opportunities.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a $2/hr CARES bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include ADL support, patient care, and documenting vital information while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Geriatric facility experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) following the plan of care.
• Record and monitor resident condition and report changes.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care and maintain privacy and dignity.
