Job summary

Eskridge Care Center in Eskridge, KS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, and oversee NAR staff while following HIPAA and facility policies.

You will work 12-hour night shifts (6 pm–6 am) with 3-day weekends every other weekend, and expect about 2 hours of overtime weekly. Competitive benefits and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' conditions and needs and follow physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies.
• Ensure narcotic policies and procedures are followed and monitor for side effects.
• Oversee nursing assistant staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and admit/discharge residents accurately.
• Report bruises, skin tears, or neglect and maintain confidentiality.
