Job summary
Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking dedicated overnight staff to safely administer medications and provide compassionate care to residents during the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. With new management, the team emphasizes safety, dignity, and high standards of patient care.

Qualifications
- Active CMT certification recognized in Missouri.
- Listed on Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care/skilled nursing (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations.
- Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations.
- Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
- Record and report any changes in resident condition.
- Monitor and restock medication inventories.
- Support team members and maintain high care standards.
