Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring for an overnight CMT/CNA role. You will administer medications safely, assist residents with ADLs, and help maintain a clean, respectful environment during the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift under new management.

Qualified candidates hold Missouri CMT certification, CNA registry, CPR/BLS, and at least 2 years in long‑term care. We offer daily pay, full-time benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification (Missouri).
• Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long‑term care/skilled nursing facility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations.
• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations.
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
• Record and report any changes in resident condition.
• Monitor and restock medication inventories.
• Support team members and maintain high care standards.

Position Perks:

• Unique split shift:

  • 6p–10p: Serve as CMT

  • 10p–6a: Serve as CNA

  • Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.
