Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking an overnight licensed caregiver to safely administer medications and provide compassionate, hands-on care during the 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM shift. You’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment focused on resident health and dignity.

The role requires a CMT certification (Missouri), CNA registry listing, and CPR/BLS certification, with a preference for 2 years in long‑term care.

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification in Missouri.
• Listed on the Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and per state regulations.
• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations.
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
• Record and report changes in resident condition.
• Monitor and restock medication inventories.
• Support team members and maintain high care standards.

Position Perks:

• Unique split shift:
• 6p-10p: Serve as CMT
• 10p-6a: Serve as CNA
• Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.
