Steelville Care and Rehab is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our resident-focused team on the Afternoon shift. You will administer medications under nursing supervision and assist with daily resident care in a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Active CMT and CNA certifications in Missouri are required.
• Experience in long-term care and working with licensed nursing staff is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and patient comfort in medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by a physician under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform resident care tasks in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Record and report all medication administrations and any adverse reactions.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes as directed by nursing staff.
