Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking dedicated overnight staff to safely administer medications and provide compassionate care to residents during the 6:00 PM–6:00 AM shift. With new management, the team emphasizes safety, dignity, and high standards of patient care.

Requirements include active CMT and CNA credentials in Missouri, CPR/BLS, and at least two years in long-term care. Benefits include daily pay options, 401(k), comprehensive insurance, PTO and opportunities

Qualifications

• Active CMT certification recognized in Missouri.
• Listed on Missouri Nurse Aide Registry (CNA).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care/skilled nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as prescribed and in compliance with state regulations.
• Document all medication passes, refusals, and resident observations.
• Assist with ADLs, hygiene, ambulation, meals, and hydration.
• Record and report any changes in resident condition.
• Monitor and restock medication inventories.
• Support team members and maintain high care standards.

Position Perks:

  • 6p–10p: Serve as CMT

  • 10p–6a: Serve as CNA

  • Get paid the higher CMT rate for the full 12-hour shift!

Your Role:

You’ll be responsible for safely administering medications and providing compassionate, hands‑on care to our residents throughout the overnight shift. You'll help create a clean, supportive, and respectful environment that promotes health and dignity.
