Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of laboratory or patient care experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification, training, or experience highly preferred.
• Overnight shift availability and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients and enters orders in the computer system.
• Performs specimen receiving, processing, labeling, and transport to testing sites.
• Maintains department supplies and equipment and keeps LIS knowledge up to date.
• Trains staff as needed and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Provides patient-facing support and courteous customer service.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and attends to downtime procedures.
