Avery's House in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Clinical Assistant (BHT) to provide daily support for adolescents in a structured recovery setting. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and consistent supervision within the house.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, enforcing house rules, transporting clients, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should be prepared for overnight shifts with weekend availability and meet all regulatory requirements as noted.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+ lbs.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card preferred; may be required to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; may be required to obtain.
• Current TB test; may be required to obtain.

Avery's House is a mental health treatment provider for adolescents. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible Clinical Assistant (BHT). Experience working with adolescents is preferred, and any additional experience with mental health and substance abuse is beneficial. This position provides daily support to those living in Avery's House structured recovery housing.

SCHEDULES

• We are hiring staff for the Full-Time Overnight Position – Weekend Availability Required
• Shifts 6PM-6AM
• Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

Please Note:

Overnight positions are awake shifts . Staff are required to remain awake and alertthroughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.
