Job summary

Avery's House is a mental health treatment provider for adolescents. We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and responsible Clinical Assistant (BHT). This position provides daily support to those living in Avery's House structured recovery housing.

We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth in a dynamic environment. Schedules include PRN positions for both dayshift and overnight, with 12-hour shifts and full-time status noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adolescents preferred.
• Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License in good standing.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age.
• Must pass background check.
• Must pass drug screening.
• Must be able to climb stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card preferred.
• Current TB test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
• Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
• Implement/enforce house rules.
• Transport clients with company vehicle.
• Supervise clients on outings.
• Group facilitation.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
• Other tasks as assigned.

SCHEDULES

• We are hiring PRN staff for both dayshift and overnight.
• We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
