Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer telephones.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend and obtain products and services including prescriptions.
• Educate clients on general animal care and husbandry.
• Manage medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Maintain a neat and clean facility both inside and outside.
