Ethos Veterinary Health's Veterinary Specialty Hospital – North County in San Marcos, CA seeks an Overnight Assistant Client Care Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership for the Client Care team during overnight operations.

This internal promotion is designed for a current team member ready to grow supervisory skills while staying connected to day-to-day operations. You will mentor staff, guide workflows, and ensure a compassionate, professional client experience across the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership and real-time problem solving for the Client Care team during overnight operations.
• Support phones, lobby flow, client communication, patient intake, and discharge workflows.
• Coordinate communication between Client Care, Emergency, Specialty, Nursing, Pharmacy, and hospital leadership.
• Assist with onboarding, training, mentoring, and reinforcing department workflows.
• Provide timely coaching and feedback while escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Monitor staffing, shift coverage, breaks, and team communication.
• Support escalated client concerns and maintain a compassionate client experience.
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and documentation.
