• 1 year of experience working with clients with substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities

• File all paperwork nightly and document findings in reporting systems.
• Perform closing runs and document outcomes in SAC logs and incident reports.
• Screen residents returning from passes and appointments per unit procedures.
• Conduct health and welfare checks per unit policy.
• Supervise clients in self-medication under supervision.
• Participate in individual and group supervision.
• Communicate incidents and emergencies to appropriate reporting systems.
• Crisis interventions and follow-up on incidents.
