Kitchen Guard is seeking a dedicated overnight operations supervisor to lead the night crew, ensure safety, and uphold high service standards. The role focuses on directing night activities, enforcing policies, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growing management responsibility.
• Hood cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and basic internet tools.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with night shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overnight department staff, enforce policies, and coach when needed.
• Direct and oversee all night operations to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.
• Lead briefings for staff during night shift.
• Maintain a professional, service-oriented environment at all times.
• Oversee night shift routes and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist overnight crew with exhaust cleaning tasks as needed.
• Participate actively in decision-making to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor team performance, schedule, assign nightly work, and recognize excellence.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and team leadership.
