Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of growing management responsibility.
• Hood Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor overnight department activities for excellence.
• Direct and oversee all operations during the night shift.
• Assist in conducting briefings for all staff during Night Shift.
