Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications required by state.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transportation and assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Respond to resident needs promptly and maintain dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Assist with meals, activities, housekeeping, laundry, and program engagement as assigned.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; communicate changes in residents’ conditions.
