Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist with daily activities, follow individualized service plans, and help create a safe, welcoming environment.

This role emphasizes dignity, independence, and teamwork with care leaders and families. Training and career growth are available within Sunrise's supportive culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Compassion and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
