Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in New Jersey to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized plans, assist with daily activities, and help create a safe, dignified environment.

The role emphasizes person-centered care, engagement with residents and families, and opportunities for growth and training. The pay range reflects hourly compensation, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum age 18.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
