Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Saddle River, NJ is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and uphold safety and dignity. You will follow individualized care plans, engage residents in meaningful activities, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence of residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
