Sunrise Senior Living, LLC seeks a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in our New Jersey community. You will assist with bathing, dressing and mobility, while following ISP and ensuring a safe, dignified environment.

You will engage residents in conversation and activities, assist dining services, and collaborate with families and care leaders to enhance quality of life, including memory care experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
