Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a caring, dependable Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You’ll assist with ADLs, follow Individualized Service Plans, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in daily activities, and support dining services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
