Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in New Jersey. You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities within a supportive team.

Qualifikationen

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion and reliability in daily care.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and team.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
