Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Full Time Overnight Caregiver to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal care, daily activities, and community participation, while building trusting relationships with participants. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.

Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and a 401(k) with company match. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants to participate in community activities and pursue goals.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition to meet developmental goals.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships with individuals served and provide supportive care.
