Thrive as a caregiver at Sevita. You’ll assist people with personal hygiene, support complex needs, and help participants achieve goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required.
• Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years of age.
• Experience: Six months of experience with intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants who have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants work toward developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop meaningful relationships and encourage community participation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and care teams to deliver participant-centered care.

Hire wage is $17 hourly

This position requires someone who has had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Positions include weekend shifts as scheduled

Full Time

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, with every other Saturday shift times rotated between 6:30p-6:30a weekdays and 9a-9p every other Saturday.
