Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Overnight shift experience often preferred.
• Trustworthy and professional.
• Reliable, empathetic, and flexible.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• With a negative Tuberculosis Test.
• Patient, reliable, and culturally sensitive, preserving client dignity and independence.
• Highly skilled in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, mobility.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive relationship with clients through conversations and activities.
• Be able to perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed.
• Provide individualized care as detailed in a care plan.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
• Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines at all times.
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining dignity and comfort.
