Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta in Deadwood, SD is seeking an Overnight Caregiver for two to three overnight shifts per week from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This part-time or full-time role focuses on compassionate in-home care for seniors, helping with personal care, meals, light housework, and meaningful companionship.

You’ll join a team that values you and provides training, resources, and support to help you feel confident and successful.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid South Dakota driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and dependable with good communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Assist with ambulation, transferring, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document conditions for supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment with clear pathways.
• Engage clients in activities that bring joy (puzzles, games, reading, hobbies).

Part-Time or Full-Time Overnights: 24-32 Hours/Week: Deadwood, SD

Are you a compassionate, dependable individual looking for a rewarding overnight opportunity? We're looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team for two-three overnight shifts per week, from 8:00 PM-8:00 AM.

As a Caregiver, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
